Thank you for choosing Homixa Water Purifiers. We are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent after-sales service. This Warranty Policy explains the coverage, terms, and conditions for all Homixa products purchased from our official website www.homixa.in or authorized dealers.
1. Warranty Coverage
Homixa Water Purifiers come with a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase. The warranty covers:
- Manufacturing defects in material or workmanship
- Electrical and mechanical parts of the purifier (motor, SMPS, and PCB)
- Free repair or replacement of defective components during the warranty period
2. Warranty Does Not Cover
The warranty will not apply in the following cases:
- Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or unauthorized modifications
- Damage due to voltage fluctuations, water quality, or improper installation
- Consumable parts such as filters, membranes, candles, and cartridges
- Damage resulting from natural disasters (fire, flood, lightning, etc.)
- If the product serial number or warranty sticker is removed or tampered with
3. Warranty Claim Process
To raise a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

- Provide proof of purchase (invoice or order ID) and product details.
- Our team will guide you through troubleshooting or service procedures.
- If repair or replacement is approved, it will be done at no additional cost during the warranty period.
4. Service Type
Service under warranty will be provided as:
- On-site service (available in select areas)
- Carry-in service — the product must be brought to the nearest Homixa service center.
5. Post-Warranty Support
After the warranty period ends, service and replacement parts will be chargeable at standard rates. Homixa continues to offer full support to ensure long-term performance of your purifier.
6. Limitation of Liability
Homixa Water Purifiers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product malfunction, misuse, or service delay.
